| Remarks & Notes |
| On January 13th, 2026 The first NS intermodal train 264 was routed over the CSX Boston & Albany route to Ayer via Worcester. This routing change has been in the works for some time now to accommodate double stack trains which will not clear the Hoosac Tunnel. After delays due to work on the connector track in Voorheesville, NY and several bridges being raised, the train made its inaugural run. The Conrail and Delaware & Hudson heritage units leading were a nice touch. The train is diverging off the Boston & Albany Main to the Worcester Main just East of CP-45. |
