| Upon leaving Winnemucca, westbounds on the former Fifth Subdivision of the Western Pacific enjoy a relatively level, fast run across the lonely Great Basin Desert, however at Jungo that comes to an end with the near ten mile climb up to Antelope. A pair of 'big 6' rebuilds (bookending a ES44AC) nearly have the entire weight of their Oakland bound charge off the desert floor as they dig into WP's trademark 1% grade. |
