Remarks & Notes

UP was a kick to watch for locomotive fans in the 1970s. In addition to a variety of pool power, UP had the most diverse EMD offerings around. Here GP30 825 leads a trio of power on an engine track at Argo Yard, Seattle. Trailing units include GP9B 35B and SD24B 444B. Only UP had the SD24Bs.
