| V-BARSDG4 begins the 2.2% climb up Miramar Hill as they wind through the Sorrento Valley neighborhood of San Diego. The Pacific Ocean at Del Mar can be seen in the background. This rare daylight freight move on the San Diego Sub has a couple brand new GEs trailing with 70 empty autos bound for the Port for loading. With no Coaster trains running on weekends, they made decent time once they hit NCTC rails. |
