New & Old: Fresh from GE’s Erie, PA works, brand new CSX ET44AH no. 3251 idles at the ‘Erwin Service Center’ awaiting testing on the U305-22 the following morning down the Blue Ridge Subdivision. CW40-8 no. 7758 and CW44AC no. 242 are still cooling their heels after bring an empty coal train in from points south.
