On the afternoon of May 23, 2002, Rio Grande Tunnel Motor No. 5377 rolls through Columbia Junction, Utah, as part of the “dirt train” power on the Sunnyside Branch. Years of aging and change have led to a “new” look for 5377, which includes a removed Mars light and class lights, along with a patina of road grime. Ugly or not, a Rio Grande locomotive on home turf at this late date was still something to be appreciated.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
