| This railway changed has it's name two times. On 21.07.1972 it was opened as Maltanka, in 1998 the name was changed to Maltanska Kolej Dziecieca (Maltan Children's railway), only to be finally named Kolejka Parkowa Maltanka (Park Railway Maltanka) in 2002. The name Maltanka comes from the Knights of Malta, who used to own the land and the old church nearby. |
