Eastman Kodak 9 is an ex-Chicago & Western Indiana RR unit built in 1950. The Rochester & Genesee Valley RR Museum had it running for Diesel Days Aug 18 and 19. Number 9 was acquired by Kodak Park RR Dec 1971 and donated to muesum Oct. 14, 1997.
New York state has the largest number of ALCO diesel locomotives working in everyday service. Here are some of them. Soon I hope to chronicle all of them.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
