Remarks & Notes
Agony of defeat With its station stop in the Magic City complete, the southbound Crescent lead by heritage painted Amtrak 156 prepare to pose in front of the Birmingham skyline for a terrific shot, but that idea would soon be thwarted as an empty CSX coal train would pass into the frame and subsequently block the Amtrak beauty.
