Chesaning Central & Owosso was a short-lived tourist railroad which only operated during the summer and fall of 1999.

Resting momentarily as the lead locomotive is switched, GLC 396 + 2 sit patiently in the north end of San Yard for GLC engineer Josh Whorley to put them back to work. Taken with permission.

The GLC ONTN passes through the west end of Owosso as it moves out of town in a golden sunset with the first signs of fall poking through.

PM 1225 gets her rear tube plate installed, as a welder from Purvis & Foster lights up her firebox with the blue-purple glow of his arc welder. Funds are still needed for 1225's 15-year overhaul.
