Remarks & Notes
A westbound Boston-Washington train speeds nonstop through the station at Old Saybrook, CT, behind Amtrak F40PH 350. In 2017 the tower is gone and trains stop at new high level platforms a couple hundred feet to the west, but the 1873 station building is still staffed and in use.
