Remarks & Notes 
A pair of E-33s in PC paint are westbound by COLA Tower, approaching the Walnut Street Crossing. I remember the engineer calling the tower operator and stating that he could only maintain 25 mph with his heavy train and only two "motors." Note that the pans are extended to nearly maximum height in the terminal area, with its high wire.
