Remarks & Notes

Two Union Pacific locals from Ogden, UT and Evanston, WY exchange cars in the small yard at Echo, Utah. All three SD40-2's on hand on this day (#3213, 3215, 3214) were built new for the Union Pacific back in April of 1973.
