| A quad of nicely matched Utah Railway MK50-3's haul Savage coal westward on Union Pacific's Sharp Subdivision in southern Utah County. This perspective is now possible due to a new housing development called 'Summit Ridge' under construction through what used to be private ranch land. A man-made lake (at right) is owned by a consortium of local apple orchard growing families in the Santaquin area. I'm thinking the new home with a deck facing the tracks (at left) is more than likely owned by a railfan! |
