The freight train from Moosonee up in the near Arctic on James Bay arrives into Cochrane on a chilly Monday night just before 2300. Today's train only had 10 cars (5 boxcars, and 5 flatcars [4 truck trailer loads]) but will often handle commerical vehicles on flatcars, building materials, and diesel fuel, jet fuel, gasoline, and propane. The power is just about to cut off from the train and head to the shops and clock out. The night yard job will take over from there.
