On this day, the Grün und Chrom Foundation, together with the Rhaetian Railway Steam Enthusiasts Association, organized a trip from Chur to Alp Grüm and back. The railcar ABe 4/4 # 46 "Goldliner" in historic paint scheme, built in 1965 and so 60 years old, pulled train 92629 from Pontresina over the Bernina pass to Alp Grüm, between Bernina Lagalb and Ospizio Bernina. The cars were mixed second/bagage BD # 2473 type standard 2 built 1982, rebuilt 2003. Short first class A # 1271 type standard 3 built 1983. Short second class B # 2313 standard 1 built 1968. The train is crossing the Ova da Bernina bridge near Bernina Lagalb, and several photograpers/videoshooters waited in extremely cold conditions.
