| A former CSX MP15DC, now painted in the Phoenix Rail corporate scheme, leads a trio of engines past the old Bethlehem Steel plant as they pick up a set of covered hoppers from Norfolk Southern. Lehigh Valley Rail Management was acquired by Phoenix Rail earlier this year and provides last-mile services in the Bethlehem area. |
