Correction: There are apparently no NTSB/STB reports on this incident. However, on further research, this derailment was not due to flooding, but rather improper slack management by the mid-train helpers. The bridge is over Bijou Creek, just east of Wiggins and just feet south of Interstate 76. The units in the dry drink were probably U23Cs and/or U25Cs (even possibly U28Cs), and at least one of them was still in CB&Q Chinese red livery.
