| Remarks & Notes |
| Huge viaduct with a small train in the middle. The doubletrack Göltzschtal viaduct on the Sachsen mainline between Hof and Leipzig/Dresden was built from 1846 to 1851 and is the world's largest brick-built viaduct, with a length of 574 meter and a maximum height of 78 meter. More then 26 mio of bricks were needed for the 4 levels, and the uppermost level has 29 arches. The diesel railcar type RS1 (Stadler 2004) VT 650 # 69 of the Länderbahn Gmbh (trilex) is running the RB2 service 20982 from Bad Brambach via Plauen (Vogtland) ob. Bf to Reichenbach (Vogtland) ob Bf. and left Netschkau station shortly. |
