| The Blue Train behind two Class 20Es.
The first 10 of a total of 80 Class 20Es were built in China by CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Company in 2013, the rest were built locally. Only 20-031 and 20-032 received Blue Train livery. The Class is in operation today.
The Hex River tunnels mark the climb from the Western Cape coastal area into the arid "Karoo" interior. |
