| Sparkling clean SD40 rebuild owned by GATX but leased and painted for Burlington Northern RR. The unit was originally built for the MoPac in March, 1971 as their 781 then renumbered to 3081. it went to HLC 5081 then GATX 5081. It was rebuilt in May 1989 where dynamic brakes were added. This was one of the first units with the whiteface paint scheme. |
