| The first train of the day on the Albula line towards Engadin is the IR 1109, which departs from Chur at 5:08 a.m. and stops at Surava and Bever, among other places, where the IR38 trains do not stop during the day. This train is operated by a single “Allegra” ABe 8/12, which is thus transferred from Landquart to St. Moritz on the Bernina line. ABe 8/12 # 3507 crosses the 65-meter-high Landwasser Viaduct between Alvaneu and Filisur shortly after 6 a.m.
