Former LV, then Conrail SW8, now MM 780 sits at Maryland Pig Iron in East Chicago. The Lehigh stripes still show through the now fading Conrail blue; despite the shape it’s in, supposedly is still used to switch out scrap metal cars for pickup by the South Shore.
