Looks like some tie replacement was recently done meaning, this thing will be there awhile yet. Some interesting trackwork there with a crossing in the middle of the property going to some other industrial areas.

Just past that crossing appears to be the remains of a turntable pit - it is half filled in and half only partially filled - looks like they have at least tried to used it. All of this is very interesting.
