| All the Bells and Whistles.
The bell and... well, ok, not the whistle, but rather the headlight of Boston & Maine 3713 are seen on a work bench inside the back shops at the Steamtown National Historic Site. The ranger giving the tour stated the locomotive is in the "jigsaw puzzle" stage of the restoration; all the major pieces are on-hand and ready to assemble once funding is acquired and a contractor can be brought in to assemble the locomotive. |
