| Elevated Yard.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) no.s 1856, 2316, and 2426 are seen with other R62A cars at the Authority's 240th St Yard in the Riverdale neighborhood of the Bronx. The yard and shops were built in 1906 and are entirely on elevated structure, which is uncommon for subway yards nowadays. |
