CSX overhead/detour train ML-401 found some decent fall color at Cochecton, NY shortly before sunset on a beautiful fall day in Sullivan County. The autumn colors complimented the rainbow consist which included Conrail blue, Southern Pacific gray/scarlet and Susquehanna yellow/black. The NYS&W hosted these trains to provide relief to CSX crews between Syracuse, NY and North Bergen, NJ. It was a "team effort" of sorts, with CSX traffic routed over the NS Southern Tier Line, as well as the NYS&W main, using NYS&W crews.
