"One Last Time Around the Angora Loop"

On a September 16th, 2023, several photographers lined up to snap a photo of 37-year veteran SEPTA Trolley operator Bill Monaghan Jr. as he ran SPAX Kawasaki LRV 9096 around the Angora Loop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania one last time during his retirement charter trip. Aside from working as a trolley operator, Bill is well known for his part in establishing the "Friends of Philadelphia Trolleys" organization and his contributions towards several other trolley preservation organizations. Congratulations to Bill!
