| A southbound oil train is back on the move after their computer screens went out and then PTC enforced them. The train is about hour ahead of the CP business train coming today. All hands were on deck to keep this train moving to Dubuque to get them out of the way. It is a nice peaceful sunrise on the Mississippi Valley as the fall colors show off their beauty. |
