Remarks & Notes |
In the Conrail era the concept of a "heritage unit" had not yet taken hold. However, Conrail did offer a smattering of specially painted units such as 6707. This SD50 was decorated with a yellow ribbon in place of the usual "can opener" logo in support of troops deployed during the first Gulf War. The unit is seen approaching CP Burn on the head end of ENBE-8. |
