Following the Missouri River into Clarkston, Montana, is an eastbound BNSF loaded coal train on October 2, 2022. Several days earlier this coal train was westbound on Montana Rail Link headed for export at Westshore Terminals' coal export facility at Roberts Bank, British Columbia, but was halted on MRL due to a dock workers strike. The train was reversed and is in the process of heading back east to a new customer.
