| There had not been a revenue passenger train at Tupper Lake since August 5th 1980 . That all changed this past weekend with the running of the Inaugural High Peaks Utica - Tupper Lake excursion. The eventdrew quite the crowd at Tupper Lake, proving that it is true, if you build it, they will come. |
