From an overlook on the side of Rich Mountain in the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas, a southbound Kansas City Southern train is seen descending the grade as it approaches the town of Mena. Stars streak through the sky as the earth rotates below on this cool, crisp autumn night of November 28, 2021.
