Running as the Gov. Baldacci Extra, Guilford Rail System dispatched their office cars behind a pair of freshly painted GP40-2LWs, 517 and 516, for a cross-state tour of Maine with stops slated at various mills and town sites.
Although most only provide freight service, regional railroads have passenger operations; not only executive trains but also charity events and excursions.
