| State border restrictions has put a temporary end for various cruise passenger trains such as The Ghan and Indian Pacific. As a result, NR Class locomotives painted up for these passenger trains have been put into general freight pool. Getting 1 on a freight train is becoming common. But getting a matching set is well worth getting 2-3 shots of it. Seen here passing under the Goldfields Highway through Kalgoorlie. It will soon commence its long journey across the Nullabour Plain. |
