Remarks & Notes
A C420 switches the Delaware & Hudson yard in Hudson, Pennsylvania. The tracks to the left of the station are the D&H main line to Wilkes-Barre. At the other end of the yard to the right was the beginning of the Wilkes-Barre Connecting Railroad, which was a connection between Hudson Yard and PRR’s Buttonwood Yard. Jointly owned by the D&H and the PRR, the WBC bypassed the older, parallel route through downtown Wilkes-Barre.
