After switching and interchanging cars with the Pend Oreille Valley Railroad in Sandpoint, Idaho, BNSF’s Sandpoint local heads back west toward Spokane at East Algoma on February 4, 2021. The local has just finished crossing the long bridge over Lake Pend Oreille and is tracing the shore along Bottle Bay Road.
