Lehigh and Hudson River Railroad number 95 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in April, 1927. It had a tractive force of 71,500 lbs., and a combined engine and tender weight of 576,200 lbs. My great, great uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr., was a design engineer at Baldwin Locomotive Works. This Baldwin Locomotive Works builders photo card is from the John R. Doughty collection.
Dedicated to my father, John R. Doughty, Sr., and to his great uncle, Robert F. McKee, Sr., who worked at the Baldwin Locomotive Works as a senior design engineer, including working on the design for the Duluth, Missabe & Iron Range 2-8-8-4 Yellowstones
