Remarks & Notes

Blue Ridge Scenic 4631 a GP9R with a GTW background brings up the rear of the excursion train as it nears McCaysville. A dusting of snow had fallen Christmas Eve to add a little atmosphere to the holiday train. After a couple of hours layover the 4631 will lead the train back to Blue Ridge. The line was formerly the L&N.
