| This is the last day of the 2020 season. A cold spell two days before brought some snow on the Furka region. The cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 4/4 # 704, pulling train 154 from Oberwald to Realp, had just been turned on the turntable in Furka DFB on 2160 meter a.s.l., to go down the mountain backwards, according to the boiler construction. The red "tractor" Tmh # 785 made pusher service from Muttbach through the Furka summit tunnel. |
