| Pennsy D16sb No. 1223 returning from Paradise, with the trainman spotting the consist at the old pedestrian walkway directly across from the station. You could access the station area from the parking lot by climbing up and over a car vestibule back then. The classic Victorian station was cut into nine pieces in 1960 and moved to East Strasburg from its original location along the Reading Railroad in East Petersburg, 15 miles away. |
