The #NewAcela trains being produced by Alstom feature a unique "geometric confetti" pattern that creates a gradient at certain points along the train. The first class car is indicated by a bright Amtrak Red door. The "Acela II" began testing, seen on the Keystone Line while a sister preproduction set is undergoing testing at the test center in Pueblo. These trains will ultimately replace the Bombardier Acela equipment starting sometime next year.
