| On a rainy March afternoon, an extra Rochester & Southern salt train lead by BPRR 3103 eases its way down the RS mainline as it passes workers stringing up power lines. Waitings its turn to back into Brooks Ave yard is the LAL, with ALCo C425 428 leading the way. Out on the front of 3103 is the RS conductor, who is exchanging a quick greeting with the LAL engineer. |
