| My first train of the new decade is a westbound Indiana Harbor Belt transfer, led by GP40P-2 4010 and GP38-2 3801. The train is holding at CP 98 in Dolton, waiting for permission into Blue Island Yard in Riverdale. IHB 4010 is one of only three GP40P-2's ever made. |
