| Vermont Railway GP40-2 #303 is seen above the town of Ludlow, Vermont, hauling the afternoon Foliage Express train from the Green Mountains back to Chester for Vermont Rail System's Green Mountain Railroad Passenger Services. Foliage has turned rapidly during the past week and much of the mountain side has gone from yellow and orange to a lot of brown, while lower level foliage is just seemingly getting into gear. |
