| Diesellocomotive 245 # 2230 (98 83 2245 430-3) of Trenitalia is shunting the SBB locomotives Re 420 # 172 and # 305 at Domodossola. This part of the station is electrified with the italian system of 3000 V DC, so the SBB locomotives arrived from Switzerland with pantographs down when entering the station with the long Venice Simplon-Orient-Express (VSOE) from Basel via Lötschberg and Simplon. |
