| A pair of NJT Arrow III EMUs are parked outside the gate of the Kinki Sharyo facility in Piscataway, NJ. Kinki is one of several subcontractors installing PTC hardware in NJ Transit equipment. The Arrows were delivered by a Conrail local via the Port Reading Secondary (visible in the background). |
