In 2018, the Blonay-Chamby Railroad/Museum is celebrating 50 years of operation. On this day, for photographers and filmers there was organised a "Mega Steam Festival" with 10 one meter gauge steamlocomotives. The 0-6-0 G 3/3 # 5 of the former Lausanne-Echallens-Bercher Railway (LEB) was built in 1890 by Société Alsacienne de Constructions Mécaniques (SACM), at Grafenstaden. It is pulling covered freight car K # 30, built in 1874 by machine works Kirchheim an der Teck/Germany for the Schweizerische Lokalbahnen. This car was completely renovated in 2017 by members of the Blonay-Chamby.
