NAFTA K-Train
Railfans in the US have historically sought out the rare "three-builder lashup" with locomotives from three separate builders on one train. On this day, CSX delivered a "three-nation lashup" with power from the US, Canada and Mexico represented. Crude oil train K048 is seen rolling slowly through Manville behind a CSX-CP-FXE consist.. The train would be held at CP Mead for several hours waiting on at least four eastbounds. The storage tracks at Manville Yard are getting some much-needed attention, and a work train consist can be seen at right. |
