A St. Charles crew (U56 or U57) based out of the ex-Interstate Railroad's Andover Yard, is ready to begin loading at the Paragon load out at Kelly View. In earlier years, this track was part of the ex-L&N's Appalachia-Norton Cumberland Valley main line.
